We started by redesigning the homepage to be easy to use and easy to navigate. Secondly, we designed the website mobile-first to offer a consistent and easy shopping experience across all devices.
After reconstruction, we continued to use tools like Optimizely to optimize the website and run A/B tests to improve conversion.
With nearly a fifth of all traffic browsing the website on mobile or tablet devices, we knew we could open a larger revenue stream by optimizing the mobile shopping experience.
Using the Bootstrap 3 responsive framework, we reformatted the website to scale gracefully to mobile phones and offer a consistent experience across all devices.
To improve the bulk ordering process, Exit 31 designed a new Workwear Business Hub for customers to request quotes and streamline large purchase.
With the Business Hub, customers can easily learn more about customization options, bulk ordering discounts, and frequently asked questions.
In redesigning the homepage, we had two goals in mind: better-optimize the website for search engines and improve site-wide navigation. We started by organizing all of the shopping categories into ordered lists to greatly improve internal linking. As a byproduct, it also provided an easy interface for customers to navigate directly to the products they’re interested in.
